Thank you for visiting our website. We are one of the largest General Committees within the rail labor Organization in the United States. We represent more than three thousand conductors, engineers, and trainmen on four Rail Roads; Norfolk Southern, Alabama State Docks, Birmingham Terminal and Canton, in a broad geographic region reaching from Pennsylvania to Florida and stretching as far west as the Mississippi River. We are empowered to interpret, negotiate, and sign agreements affecting our ground service members.
